Softwiro works as separate design, engineering, and support teams. Each is accountable for what it delivers on a client engagement, and for the state the system is left in afterwards.
The same standard applies to work with no client attached. The Smart Study Platform is built and operated free of charge for Egyptian students; it is how Softwiro's obligation to its community is met in practice rather than stated in a mission.
Systems in production
Languages, Arabic & English
Delivery stages, start to support
Infrastructure we operate ourselves
The order matters: each stage depends on what the one before it established, whatever the size of the project.
We document the existing workflow before any code is written.
Interfaces are drafted in Arabic and English together, not translated afterwards.
Tested production code. Nothing is delivered as a prototype.
Deployment onto infrastructure we provision and administer.
We remain responsible for correction, extension, and scale after delivery.
Softwiro is a software company in Egypt that designs, builds and operates systems for businesses. Every system in our record is running in production today, and every one of them is still under our support. That is the measure we hold ourselves to: not whether a project was delivered, but whether it is still doing its job.
Design, engineering and support are separate teams, and each answers for its own part of an engagement. Design owns how the system reads and flows in both languages. Engineering owns the code and the tests behind it. Support owns the system once it is live: corrections, extensions, and keeping it up as the business that depends on it grows. Keeping them separate means no part of the work is left as someone's afterthought.
Most of the businesses we build for work in Arabic, and many also deal with customers or partners in English. So every interface is designed in both languages at once, with full right-to-left support, rather than built in one language and translated at the end. Screens, messages, reports and printed documents are all written for both readers from the start.
We provision and administer the infrastructure our systems are deployed to: servers, domains, organisational email and security certificates. When something needs attention, the people who built the system are the people who can reach it, and a client never has to broker between a developer and a hosting company.
The record covers commerce platforms, accounting and manufacturing systems, education and health platforms, bots, and applied AI. The systems on the homepage each open with screenshots and a description of what they do, and the full record lists the rest.
Every engagement follows the five stages set out above, whatever its size. If you are comparing companies, our article on how to choose one lists the questions worth asking on a first call, including the ones we expect to be asked ourselves.
