MyAccBot — Accounts Inside Telegram
An accounting system that runs entirely inside Telegram, on the reasoning that a small trader will not open a console but will send a message. A photographed receipt, a typed line, or a voice note is converted into an accounting entry; the month closes into a PDF report and an Excel export.

The barrier to bookkeeping is rarely the ledger; it is opening the application at all. Putting the entry where the conversation already happens removes it.

Entry
- A receipt photograph, a typed line, or a voice note becomes an entry, read by AI.
- Nothing is installed and no console is opened; the conversation is the interface.
Reporting
- The month closes into a PDF report, with an Excel export for anyone who needs the rows.
- Budget alerts are raised at eighty and at a hundred per cent, before the overrun rather than after.
Separation
- Each user's data is isolated from every other user's.
