MyClinic — Care, Pharmacy and Supply
A health platform that joins three parties usually served by separate systems: the patient booking care, the pharmacy holding stock, and the supplier restocking it. A consultation produces an electronic prescription, and that prescription is what the pharmacy dispenses against and the supplier's catalogue answers to.
What it changes
The prescription is the join. Because it is a record rather than a piece of paper, dispensing and restocking read from the same source as the consultation.
What it does
For the patient
- Appointments are searched by speciality and location, and booked without a phone call.
- A medical file holds the history, and prescriptions are issued to it electronically.
For the pharmacy
- Stock is tracked per item, with an alert before a line runs out rather than after.
- Dispensing is recorded against the prescription that authorised it.
For the supplier
- A digital catalogue carries the range to pharmacies and warehouses.
- Demand is visible as it accumulates, rather than reported after the fact.
